NOTIFICATION TO CUSTOMER as of March 26,2020 (Destinations with Service Disruptions)

We would like to inform you that we have the following service disruptions to the below – mentioned Destinations due to Flight cancellations and a complete lockdown brought about by the COVID-19 outbreak. We are working hard to ensure that there are minimal delays and interruptions to our services. However, there are uncertain and unforeseen occurrences that are beyond our control. BANGLADESH The office is closed from 26th March until 4th April 2020 due to the Government declaration. EGYPT, IRAQ, JORDAN, KUWAIT, LEBANON, PAKISTAN, SAUDI ARABIA, SUDAN & SYRIA Passengers/couriers flight are cancelled. Flights are available only for Cargo/Freighters. The offices are working with skeletal staff. INDIA The office is closed until 31st March 2020. IRAN Passengers/couriers flight are cancelled. Flights are only available for Cargo/Freighters. The Government declared Holiday until 4th April due to Iranian New Year. The office is working with skeletal staff. NEPAL The office is closed from 23rd March until 31st March 2020. The Government announced a complete lockdown. OMAN Passengers/couriers flight are cancelled. Flights are only available for Cargo/Freighters. The borders between Oman & UAE are closed temporarily for Road Cargo.The office is working with skeletal staff. SRI LANKA Passengers/couriers flight are cancelled. Flights are available only for Cargo/Freighters. The office is closed until 27th March 2020. UNITED ARAB EMIRATES Some flights are being cancelled for passengers/couriers without prior notice. Flights are available only for Cargo/Freighters. The office is working with skeletal staff. CHINA, HONG KONG Limited service is available. The office is working with skeletal staff. PHILIPPINES The office is closed until 14th of April 2020 due to the Government declaration and implementation of "Enhance Community Quarantine" for the entire Luzon. NOTE: Due to the present situation we are facing related to the Coronavirus outbreak and the sudden changes in the flight schedules and cancellations - please be informed that the published rates updated on our website shall not be applicable for the time being. The rates vary and will be based on the cost that will be provided by the Airlines. Hence, the same goes for the standard transit time as this could take longer than the usual transit days provided. Please expect delays in the customs clearances and deliveries of the packages. Delays are expected to all destinations connected via Dubai Hub.
