Important Note:
• The weight of each individual box must not exceed 30 kg. For shipments exceeding 30 kg, an additional Air Waybill (AWB) must be issued. An additional charge equivalent to that of a 30 kg box will apply.
• All packages must be securely and appropriately packed to prevent damage during handling, transportation, and storage.
• Shipment boxes must remain untaped and unsealed at the time of collection.
• Please ensure that no prohibited or restricted items are included in the shipment. Any such items identified during inspection will be removed. Click here to view the Restricted Items Guide.
• All shipments will undergo a comprehensive inspection at SkyNet’s warehouse prior to dispatch.
• Chargeable weight will be calculated based on the greater of the actual weight or the volumetric weight.
• Estimated transit time is 7–10 working days, subject to customs clearance procedures at the destination.
• All non-documents are subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures at the destination.
• Transit times are approximate working days from the date of flight departure, not the collection date.
• Any claims relating to loss, damage, or delay will be handled in accordance with SkyNet’s Standard Trading Conditions.
